This was our very first 'festive' activity for the year - and we must say, it did put us into the festive mood. Though still got a bit of Christmas shopping to do!
We took a picnic to the Lighting Of The Christmas Tree on Friday 1st Dec at Jellicoe Park in Onehunga with Ursula (our neighbour) and Mum & Dad.
We've never been to this annual event until now, but must say it was fantastic. A few kids from our church were part of the nativity show and they did a fabulous job! Julie from church also sang, and it was beautiful.
And at 9pm sharp (give and take a few seconds), the tree was lit!
