Now who says you can't have a BBQ in the middle of winter?!

As part of Rich's Dad's birthday we had a mid winter BBQ at our place. The feast was an 2kg Orange Roughy with ginger, kaffir leaves, lemongrass and pandan. We also had scotch fillet, roast potatoes and veges. Needless to say it was a great birthday celebration and at the end of the night we were all full!
